Pronghorn Antelope Hunts
Pronghorn Antelope Hunts
While these hunts are often conducted from a ground blind, make no mistake—this is no easy hunt. Late-August days can be long, and if we’re lucky, it will be hot. After a solid breakfast each morning, you’ll be dropped off to hunt all day, either over active waterholes or decoying during the peak of the rut. You’ll be provided with a sack lunch and a cooler full of water, allowing you to stay in the field during prime movement.
We recommend wearing dark, long-sleeved shirts or lightweight layers to stay concealed inside the blind, along with mid-weight pants for comfort throughout the day. Some hunters choose lighter clothing options in the afternoons as temperatures rise, but concealment and patience remain the keys to success.
